Manatee County residents impacted by Hurricane Milton can apply for FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster assistance by December 11th

The deadline to apply for FEMA disaster assistance for Hurricane Helene is November 27th.

 

PLEASE NOTE: if you’ve completed an application for FEMA assistance involving Hurricane Debby or Hurricane Helene, you need to complete a separate application for Milton in one of three ways:

1. Going to DisasterAssistance.gov

2. Using the FEMA APP

 

3. Calling 800-621-3362

 

 

 

FEMA Disaster Recovery Center Opening

A FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is being set up at GT Bray Park gymnasium, located at 5502 33rd Avenue Drive West, Bradenton, 34209. Today’s hours (Oct 14) are 1 to 7 p.m. The DRC is a one-stop location, designed to help answer residents' questions about disaster recovery and give referrals to agencies that may provide further assistance and status of application(s) being processed by FEMA or other agencies.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no longer a Disaster Recovery Center at Lakewood Ranch Library (only at GT Bray)
